Refund policy
At Artovelo, all of our displays are made-to-order — each piece is handcrafted once your order is placed. Because of this, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is defective
- You receive the wrong item
If this happens, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly. Once confirmed, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and photos to help you make a confident choice before purchasing. If you're ever unsure, feel free to reach out with questions before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our displays are handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us about the issue with your current order. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and assist you with a new purchase if needed.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or missed pickup at the post office, you may choose to:
- Have the order reshipped (with an additional shipping charge), or
- Receive a partial refund
The refund amount will be calculated as the product cost minus the shipping cost. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
