At Artovelo, we want your display to arrive safely and without surprises. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, to every destination worldwide. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Each display is handcrafted to order, so please allow this time before your order is dispatched. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we will keep you informed.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States & Canada: 12–20 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–26 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or carrier delays. These are estimates and not guarantees.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website at any time.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may be fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions in a particular region.
